Can't maintain new businesses/clients due to poor client care and communication. -Relied on only two ineffective job boards restricts access to talent and impairs workflow efficiency. No automation, no project management tools and Indeed job posting are limited only to selected person. -Management practices need significant improvement to support the team. -Keeps on hiring people but can't supply client matches to employees.
