Pros
There is the ability to develop - it isnt based on is there is a "senior" role available, its based on your skill set. There is the opportunity to contribute to projects out of your skill set - process for a PM, change for a process consultant etc
Kontras
It could occasionally feel like a resourcing organisation opposed to a consultancy - I had the feeling that we were filling gaps in clients organisations opposed to consulting. As with ANY consulting organisation, its difficult to maintain a feeling of being employed by Sysdoc and not the client as you're on client site 5 days per week. Sysdoc try to mitigate this with twice yearly conferences and evening get togethers
