Pros
Literally none I can think of. There was free lunch, but it was always bad.

Sysdig products have been designed by engineers and former engineers and the company structure and process make it impossible to make meaningful changes to the product. They cannot meet customer needs. Their products were never designed or built in a scalable way and there is no interest in fixing the mistakes of earlier engineers. See for yourself. When you look at the products, ask yourself, why does every page use a different information hierarchy and filtering works differently on every page. Their products have not been planned well, designed well, or implemented well. The sad part is they're in denial about this with evidence right in from of their faces. This speaks to the bubble I mention. It's okay to make mistakes, but keeping your heads in the sand and ignoring criticism, even from customers is not a great approach for success. There is also a culture of quickly firing people who don't get in line with the nieve and inexperienced early employees who have very little experience, but run the show. They have no clue which way is up, but they've grown attached to their internal ideologies and the bubble they've formed is impervious to outside ideas or ways of doing things. It's created an oppressive environment with no discernible company culture. It's a small detail, but more than half of the conference rooms don't have ceilings and the sound from the office is always amplified making it impossible to have a functioning meeting. People literally have to shout over each other when sitting directly across from them. There is also a very Austrian type work environment where it's your bosses way or the highway and often times turns into micro-management hell. Working form home, even if you're sick, is strongly discouraged. It's not in the employee handbook, but rest assured your boss will not be operating by that book and are in no way tied to it. I've worked for many many companies and this one was by far the most depressing and oppressive. People leave as fast as they can and I can assure you, if you have even the slightest bit of talent you will quickly be looking to leave too. They've burned through so much money so fast with little to show for it. I've worked in this industry for a long time
