Great company, chaotic group - Senior Technical Writer bei Synopsys: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Abysmal management of the acquired Black Duck product group. In 20 years as an accomplished manager and individual contributor at successful top-tier and startup companies, this is the most chaotic and unfriendly group I have ever experienced. Sink or swim onboarding, a very aggressive release cadence, buggy complex home-grown tools, very weak documentation quality assurance workflow processes, lack of management strategy and focus are all a significant drag on productivity and quality.
