1- Your Experience might not count if you want to move to another company. 2- Company is not proactive enough to assess economic conditions and revise salaries like other IT companies in Sri Lanka. Synopsys Sri Lanka tries to hire the best quality graduates from top state universities but refuse to compensate them properly. 3- There is no talent retention policy. People move in and out of the company frequently. Word going around is that Synopsys is not a long term place to work in SL.
