- Depending on the team you may get to work on interesting problems and team members are very open to share knowledge - Non-salary benefits are a nice to have

- Promotion path is very slow, it seems they are outdated on the expected career path - Entry salary is decent, but it raises very slowly, making it subpar after a few years of experience - Upper management won't make the important decissions, giving teams that have very bad practices free-reign, affecting the work of other people. Also they bury some attempts on having better things under layers of bureaucracy - Chilean site management is very self-complacent, ignoring any criticism (specially salary concerns) and has a tendency on overstepping into team manager territory. Things that should be resolved in 1:1's tend to transform into talks from the center manager to all of the site empoyees.
