work life balance is good for most teams
Kontras
too many politics. some managers at their mid 40's and 50's just don't know how to respect people, they do micromanagement. No real innovative technology. Not good for young people.

Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
