The pay is above average.

Training is nearly non-existent. Job descriptions change daily. Ownership is greedy, and here is what I mean: They were selling Employee Retention credits, and while I was there, EVERY company qualified, which concerns me. Also larger money clients were serviced first, making smaller companies wait for months. Every department was overworked, and the wrong people had too much authority. I am happy to be away from them.
