Overall satisfied but company needs to restart promotions ASAP - Central Monitor bei Syneos Health : Mitarbeiterbewertung

I am praised for my high achievements every time I speak with my Line Manager but when it comes to promotions or annual review/raises I am told I am "meeting the expectations" and don't feel I am truly valued like they say. If promotions don't resume and raises reflected in my work achievements, I will be sadly searching for a new company in the next year.
