I can freely tell my ideas. there is no problem if you do not agree on something with your managers. many times, i had given new suggestions, and many of these were not standard practise, but were accepted because they were effective in that particular situation.

company needs to do some change in what IT professionals think about company, when anyone say Synechron, others understand it as high salary paying company, no one thinks about the work culture and family life balance issues. company need to do something to change this perception

I have been working at Synechron, and my experience has been a mix of strong learning opportunities and a few challenges. The exposure to clients and the pace of work helped me grow quickly and stay updated with industry trends. However, compensation is an area where I feel the company could improve. While the salary is competitive for some roles, market adjustments and internal corrections tend to move slowly. Promotions and hikes are not always transparent, and the process can feel inconsistent across teams. - I gained strong exposure to BFSI projects - I worked with modern tech stacks and digital transformation initiatives - I had supportive teammates and managers in most cases - I appreciated the opportunities for onsite roles - I experienced good learning and growth
