No clear vision from the poor leadership including managers, directors and all above. Completely disorganised. Lack of career progression due lack of management skills from the leadership. Long hours and not flexible work before the covid, home office is allowed now because they are obligated due the pandemic. Achievements are not recognized and there are no education incentives, you have to pay from your pocket and use the knowledge gained for them. CEO's involved in misconduct and scandals, and some reviews were claiming the last CEO was really good, just do an internet research for how long an CEO stays. Using older technology stack and buying the worse ones from the market. Stock prices are really really low and getting lower time by time.
