Teams are not able to properly plan 2-weeks sprints as next day all plans are invalidated. 80% of my tasks were just bug fixing - no innovation there. Poor IT support that just follows script instead of solve problems. Taking over DisplayLink and firing (forcing or encouraging to leave) over half of the most influential and creative staff because in the spreadsheet they see that it will immediately return investment - awesome idea. Bravo!
