I’ve thoroughly enjoyed myself here. Even with the staff being young and energetic, what makes this company so wonderful to work for is the approachable management team. Their doors are always open no matter how small your problems are. The only caveat is that you have to catch them when they’re not busy, but there will inevitably be a point during the day where you can catch them during a down moment.

A great company to build a career at, but it’s not perfect. Improving the work/life balance would go a long way in boosting morale.
