Too much pressure. 5. Overtime pressure. 6. Force to stay giving extra work. 7. Toxic culture. 8. Insult employees always.

      The work pressure was manageable, and the overall environment felt comfortable.

      The salary was far below industry standards, and almost every task required direct approval from the COO, which slowed down work and reduced autonomy. The biggest issue was that my final month’s salary was not paid. Overall management practices need significant improvement.
