The managers were so disorganised that you can get away with doing nothing.

The disorganised state of affairs meant that the office was always noisy and frustrated. Managers seemed nice at first but then were just plain rude even though most of the stuff which went wrong was because of them not knowing what they are doing. Pay was extremely minimal and the hours were terrible.
