Present (so called ) LEADERS are killing the product and in my experience they are unfit to lead engineering teams. This is the main reason why most of us do not do referrals. Very large attrition in the engineering organization due to unqualified engineering leaders(QA and Development). Company does not understand prioritization and asks for high quality, with less time, delivering more features causing the opposite effect, every time.
