No drama, or politics. Management leaves you alone if you are doing your job. Pay was better than other job shops.

Great working environment and opportunities to work with lots of different technology. Small enough that anyone can help to improve the company with a good idea and the dedication to see it through.

Normal small business growing pains, but it gets better every year.
