So far this is the best place I've worked in my professional career. Great & talented colleagues, you learn a lot, you get to make an impact & your results count. Unlimited holidays help with work-life balance. Company & leadership gives flexibility to its employees to work remotely, at times that fit them & their role, and takes development opportunities seriously. Very caring & ambitious management. Great celebration of wins and learning from mistakes culture. Workation was a highlight!

Have to wear many hats in your role and be able to take on more work to succeed (which is okay and fun sometimes). Sometimes the goals feel unrealistic/unachievable. No pension fund, you can save yourself, but then salary needs to also enable this.
