Toxic Workplace. Management come from factory workforce without training. Dangerous working environment not controlled properly to save money/for profit. Sociopathic managers in varying positions of responsibility upto director level. Publicised concerns of worker wellbeing are a falsehood. Constructive dismissal used on inexperienced workers to remove them from the company. Drug tests used to remove "troublesome" employees but not held randomly for all employees, line managers who openly discuss drug use and alcohol abuse not tested if the company finds them useful.
