SR is an incredibly supportive employer They were always happy to bring flexibility into my work schedule for exams as I am studying atm and in my work location when I moved to London. Management genuinely cared about and listened to any concerns I had about the job and responded to those concerns quickly. They really care about my long-term career goals and tailored the role so that I gained experience in the directions I was seeking to work in. This support made it a great place to work following the submission of my dissertation and final exams.

Some lack of efficiency when working with other offices. Can be very busy at times, and very slow at other times, but always find good learning opportunities.
