NO WFH flexibility even during lock down! (We are retailers but feel like front-line workers) Mandatory vaccination policy. People got fired due to not having 2 doses. Salary is far below industry average for bottom-tier employees but ridiculous $$$ for senior. NO annual review at all unless you asked for it (doesn’t even cover CPI inflation in the end) Promotion is based on number of years you serve rather than your competency. No other benefits or team building events except Christmas Lunch within ONLY your small team, no connection with other departments at all. No employees are allowed to park on-site even if they have plenty room at dealerships. Very outdated system & in-house industry-specific accounting software
