Pros
- 3 weeks PTO given to you
- coworkers were nice, had a community feel
- they celebrated the holidays with potlucks, company paid meals sometimes
Kontras
- inefficient processes, particularly in the Accounting dept. The entire building was still stuck in 1985 with lots of manual paperwork
- stuffy and dusty office building
- their entire system ran on modern desktops that emulated the AS-400
- salary and raises weren't that great considering the amount of tedious, manual work you did, just because they refuse to update their systems
- it felt stagnant being there, honestly
