1. Long working hours - Really long working hours. And to make it worst, it can be your supervisor dependant. 2. Excessive pressure - Junior to Mid Level Managers are under constant pressure. You practically don't have social or personal life. 3. Unattainable goals - Some departments have goals that only a select few locations/ people can meet. Ideally these should be you over achievers but they end up being the folks who just meet numbers. 4. 'Cover your rear' environment - Classic place where everyone wants to cover their hide.
