Pros
I worked with Sutherland for five years, and one of the main benefits was the ability to work from home. During my first campaign, the manager and certain account managers were great to work with—they listened, showed genuine concern for employees, and were supportive. Even when the company experienced cutbacks due to losing contracts, they often made an effort to transfer employees to other programs so they could remain employed.
Kontras
Some individuals within the company can be difficult to work with at times. The pay is lower than expected for the workload, and raises during work anniversaries are often minimal or difficult to obtain. In some cases, increases may only be a few cents. Job security can also be uncertain due to contract changes, and positions are not always guaranteed long-term. Additionally, concerns raised by employees are not always addressed as effectively as they could be.
Overall, I would consider working with the company again if needed, but I would view it more as a temporary job rather than a long-term career opportunity—it provides a paycheck, but may not offer strong growth or stability.
