Company has got lots of perks and incentives for those of us in tech support. Be consistent in your performance (i.e. matrix score) long enough and you get to choose where you'd wanna go from their; level 2 support, trainer, etc.
Kontras
Work/time shift isn't the only thing you'd need to keep adjusting yourself to. Often times you'll also find yourself being transferred from different teams and programs/clientele, which makes it hard to get yourself 'settled in'.
