This is strictly for KPO division, no idea about BPO 1. Declining client base, so not many new career opportunities to explore, and low visibility in future 2. Complicated appraisal process and even more complications in payout of variable pay 3. Nominal increments every year in mid single digits, so one's income is actually declining in real terms 4. Management expects us to adhere to client deadlines, while the management itself can't complete appraisals in preset timelines and the result is delayed payments. This happens every year without fail.
