Pros
Not many pros. They will hire anyone that can pass a drug test and can read and write. Job description and pay always changing even though you work for Sutherland you work on their clients programs which may last 30 days or 8 yrs.
Kontras
Either way you work your way up only until your program "goes down" and then you take a cut in pay and change in hours. Lower and mid Management is not bad but the senior management cant afford to pay and retain their employees because they hire all their friends for six figure salaries of which very few ever contribute to the bottom line.
