Multiple high-performing employees (including those with advanced technical skills in AI and software engineering ) are consistently overlooked in favor of connections like family or close associates of leadership. This creates demotivation and impacts career growth for merit-based contributors. Compensation also lags behind Gurugram market rates for similar roles
