Client facing opportunity with exposure to data engineering. Very good place if you are close to founder or senior management (and founder's brother in law).

Poor Tech stack, no innovation or new stuff.. learning opportunities are very limited. Better to avoid. At time of joining they show you big vision but when you aork here for a year then you get to know that no innovation, vision was a lie. Promotion and decision-making processes appear heavily influenced by personal relationships rather than performance metrics or objective criteria. Multiple high-performing employees (including those with advanced technical skills in AI and software engineering ) are consistently overlooked in favor of connections like family or close associates of leadership. This creates demotivation and impacts career growth for merit-based contributors. Compensation also lags behind Gurugram market rates for similar roles

- opportunity to learn new things - good place to work for freshers - Work-life balance is ok - can learn a lot, especially freshers - team outings & annual trips are fun

Kontras

- go if you are a fresher - go if you don't have any other offers in hand, because the company hires employees left and right but once you become mid level they fire you because they can't pay you a higher salary. Instead, they will hire 2-3 juniors to do your job.
