Pros
One of the hottest biotech companies around. Really nice people who happen to also be super smart. Their mission is incredible, the office is beautiful and tons of food too :)
Kontras
Surface is growing and still a smaller population of employees, so everyone has to wear a lot of hats and work hard. This is not a giant company with tons of processes and procedures, so if you are used to that then this might be an initial tough environment for you. No real issues to be honest - just a fast growing company so if you are not ready for that then look elsewhere.
