I have worked as a call center agent for over 12 years, this is the best call center company I have worked for. The pay is better than average and working conditions are great. lots of ongoing training, new systems and great customers. appreciate the recognition for staff. Nice change for me.

Like with other call centers, sometimes the shift times aren't ideal. not a fan of early mornings or weekends, but the pay is good.
