Flexible with time, (ie. being able to leave for an appt and come back to work). Not always so routine. Tasks and projects may vary month to month.
Kontras
No good checks and balances system for management. No recognition to the hard working individuals which in turn causes dissatisfaction and bad relationships between a person and their manager. 401K matching has stopped for almost a year, yearly raises have simply been cost of living adjustments (if that much).
