My experience with this organization was disappointing. Employees are not provided with formal contracts, and the company only offers five unpaid sick leave days. Salary structures lack transparency and vary between employees, with no compensation provided for night shifts. Despite working three consecutive weeks of night shifts, I did not receive any acknowledgment or gratitude. Additionally, the company deducts money from salaries for minor oversights, such as forgetting to lock your computer, but offers no additional incentives or rewards for going above and beyond in your role.
