They are helping single/ divorced parents and caregivers and offering their solution to consumers as well as employers who are offering it as an employee benefit. The CEO is incredibly empathetic, understanding and willing to spend as much time with her employees as they need. The entire team is helpful and actually more than willing to jump in and help everyone else succeed. In addition, the team is the most diverse I have every seen.
