They do not value their techs. Been here for almost 10 years and am wondering why. No raises and expected to handle issues we don't even have tools for. Has become a dumping ground for other departments, cable phone and internet. We are expected to fix things we have no documentation about or information for. They use Pay for performance as a way to avoid giving raises but only applies to about 10% of the workforce and you have to wait 3 months to get it if you do and does not even equal a dollar per hour raise if you are lucky enough to receive it.

We are quite surprised by this response, as it is completely inaccurate. Our front-line employees are the strength of our business. Along with our client tools, we have our own internal tools that if used properly will guide even those employees with a lower level of technical experience through a troubleshooting platform that will satisfy our customer and provide an excellent experience. We are very proud of our pay-for-performance program, as it allows every high-functioning employee to receive a payout. It is not limited to 10% of our workforce, it is available to all hourly employees in customer facing roles. The payout allows for an additional $600 per quarter. We appreciate the feedback, and we do care about all of our employees, including those who elect to move on to other opportunities. We thank them for their time with Support.com.

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.
