Along with our client tools, we have our own internal tools that if used properly will guide even those employees with a lower level of technical experience through a troubleshooting platform that will satisfy our customer and provide an excellent experience. We are very proud of our pay-for-performance program, as it allows every high-functioning employee to receive a payout. It is not limited to 10% of our workforce, it is available to all hourly employees in customer facing roles. The payout allows for an additional $600 per quarter.
