There is quite a bit of freedom to work on projects of personal interest while benefitting the company. There's not a lot of bureaucracy to get things started or finished. The staff at Superb have always been a really great bunch of people from a diverse background.

Benefits can change without notice and even with an agreement in place changes are made unilaterally and regularly. Employment law is not followed and vacation time is not accounted for properly. If you are injured or otherwise need to leave employment because you want to work somewhere else your banked vacation time is not paid out.
