As this was an internship, there was no monetary benefit. However, it is stated in the internship agreement so there was no surprise.

This is a really good opportunity for entry level designers looking for a variety of projects with full creative range. Not a lot of hard limits on what you can do so a really good place try out different styles, flex your creative muscles, and create lots of pieces you can use for a portfolio. Considering its an unpaid internship, 10 hours a week is a very reasonable ask. Wish more unpaid internships worked that way. Very friendly and supportive team. Cons are quite manageable due to a relaxed work environment and low hour requirements

Management is inconsistent, not always sure when you'll get a response when you need it. Meetings sometimes are unexpectedly late and require reruns which is frustrating. Not very organized with files and information availability. Not a lot of interaction between departments. Obviously unpaid, but like I said 10 hours is very reasonable considering.
