Benefits are good, and met a few good coworkers.

Majority of the company was Asian. Managers did not care about feedback from employees. It was all about complying with what they say. Performance review was a joke. People that I knew in the same department had managers purposely tried to sabotage their performance ratings so that the managers can have a reason to fire them. They want to get rid of people they don't like.
