Low pay, everybody is mid-management, absolutely no chance for advancement / promotions. Everybody at the company knows it is a race to the CEO office to get a discount with little sales strategy. People that are remote have no opportunity since everything is reliant on CEO approvals. No set policies since everything is subject to an exception.
