In the past Sunweb was a company that valued their staff and their experience. At the moment everyone that ask a question regarding the new strategy (that changes every six months) gets sacked or bought out of their contract. Even before that no growth opportunities. Horrible communication & strategy changes so fast the previous one is not even in place.

Supportive and friendly colleagues, international environment, flexibility to work remotely, and a very motivating project if you’re passionate about travel.

The company was a bit chaotic in terms of organization and communication.
