sunovaa policy are very bad . 1. sunovaa provide manpower to MNC Companies if this MNC company want that employ to be a permanent Manpower of that company then sunovaa can't allow it. 2.Yearly increment policy also very worth that only increased 500 to 1000 MAX 1500 RS in a YEAR is this a right for any employ work in MNC company

Thanks for writing your review, It is rather surprising the points that you have quoted. Sunovaa has the lowest attrition rate of 12% which is much lower than industry standards of 18%. 1. Sunovaa is a Data Sciences ITProducts, Solutions & Services company. We do Projects and not being a staffing company we do not do conversions, Therefore, Sunovaa does not allow it and cannot be changed just because you wish to work directly with the client. 2. We have given decent Increments to our employees whereas this year major MNC's have not done increments at all. It is rather sad that you are using social media for wrong reasons, a fruitful exchange fo thoughts are welcome, but mudslinging is not. Pros

The management style is extremely micromanaging and controlling. The role quickly becomes repetitive and offers almost no learning opportunities. Communication from managers is often rude and unprofessional, and employees are not treated with respect. It feels like people are seen as easily replaceable rather than valued members of the team. If you are serious about your career growth, it may be better to look elsewhere.

The work culture in the Talent Acquisition team is extremely disappointing. Management heavily micromanages employees and does not trust the team to do their jobs independently. The work quickly becomes monotonous with little to no opportunity for learning or professional growth. Managers are often rude and unprofessional in their communication, which creates a very negative environment. Employees are treated as easily replaceable rather than valued contributors. If you are looking for a place to grow and learn, I would strongly recommend considering other companies.
