I think the benefits are good; however, they recently stopped the pension program. We have a 9/80 schedule where you work 9 hour days and have every other Friday off. They will pay for education.
Kontras
New management is causing turmoil within the company as there are too many changes in a short amount of time. The HR department does not promote or assist employees in finding upwardly mobile positions.
