Pros

Time off was great they are some what family oriented . They would work with you for that . Benefits are good a little high for what they used to be per every two weeks . Dispatcher was nice to work with but he's in the loop only negative

Kontras

They expect u to work for low wages for Class A work for flat bed . They are very to faced people they want you to be loyal to them but unless its making them money the word loyal goes out the window . The new mechanics they have recently hired are throwing the drivers under the bus like they are our baby sitters . The company is good but they think that u can live off of 17$ an hr when our competitors are making 20-22 an hr . No one is perfect but its funny how they can be nice to your face but then turn on you in a heart beat. They have another driver that comes in is still buzzed from the night before and puts his work off on other drivers and nothing is done because if ur not in their click ur no good for them . They are more concerned about covering their butts and being cheap they sling equipment out the door and they wont spend the money to fix because its not in their budget which is bull . Ive been a driver for 4 years and not no more just a waste .If u want a great paying job find somewhere else its not gonna happen unless u have been making that kind of money at ur last job and u are over 40

Pros

company truck, company gas, expense account

Kontras

Coercive Non-Competes: Instead of retaining talent through fair pay and competent leadership, management uses overreaching non-compete agreements to trap their workforce. Seeing colleagues like Zane bogged down by these heavy-handed tactics shows a fundamental lack of respect for employees' career mobility. Pervasive Micromanagement: Leadership insists on controlling minor details, bottlenecking progress and alienating competent employees. The Sunk Cost Fallacy: Instead of learning from mistakes, senior leaders consistently double down on poor decisions, driven by an unwillingness to admit fault. The Peter Principle in Action: The executive team suffers from an overinflated sense of their own acumen, which barely masks a fundamental lack of competence. People have clearly been promoted to their level of incompetence.
