Pros

The salary is good, the benefits are good, we are Local 4. Fair equipment to operate most of the time at the PC . The company is sometimes alright to work for, you are home every night

Kontras

Sunbelt's focus is to put (Profit above all else)! Including Safety when it costs to much , all in all our regional Safety manager does a good job. But some of the time management ties the hands of the Safety Dept. and thats when an accident can happen. The morale in every PC I have had the pleasure of visiting is so Low , that there is no morale unless (you are in the Click) Thank You.

Seeing colleagues like Zane bogged down by these heavy-handed tactics shows a fundamental lack of respect for employees' career mobility. Pervasive Micromanagement: Leadership insists on controlling minor details, bottlenecking progress and alienating competent employees. The Sunk Cost Fallacy: Instead of learning from mistakes, senior leaders consistently double down on poor decisions, driven by an unwillingness to admit fault. The Peter Principle in Action: The executive team suffers from an overinflated sense of their own acumen, which barely masks a fundamental lack of competence. People have clearly been promoted to their level of incompetence.
