You work a LOT of hours, but it's extremely fun and challenging. You will get the experience of a lifetime, and grow very rapidly. The company culture is good for a small company. The management is cool. Very cool. Stay on the their good side, and they will most definitely take care of you. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with the brightest minds in the Silicon Valley. The company is approached by Fortune 500 companies as well as well-funded stealth startups. This keeps things very interesting and dynamic for the entire staff; no two projects are alike. So expect to learn a ton about product development and incubation here, in a very short amount of time.

Very lean operation. This keeps costs for the customers low, but deadlines are very tight and sometimes that requires 60 hour weeks. If you want a 9 to 5, this company is not for you.
