No career progression for SDR's in the Australia/Asia teams, despite hitting goals. Expect to be an SDR for longer than you're promised. No annual pay increase. No change in what you do day-to-day. Little marketing support in the region. Big Disconnect between USA teams and Apac- left to your own resources and tools with little budget consideration. Every internal thing takes a very long time. No regional HR benefits: no team bonding experiences, no personal development, no free food or cool perks.
