Job description does not match the job - Sharepoint Developer bei Summit Technology: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Job was posted as Hybrid but was not told that hybrid was dependent on earning the privilege to work remotely and was not guaranteed. I was disrespected, had my integrity questioned and discriminated against on multiple occasions. The work environment is toxic and the communication is terrible. There are no written policies or procedures and depending on who you are the policies and procedures change.
