Pros
Been working at summit for 6 years, can't imagine where else in the world I get to work on such cutting edge development. Innovation is encouraged and rewarded. Some of my colleagues who have left over the years (some moved away...) seem to have gotten any job they wanted. In my opinion it is because of the ability to learn at summit, they all get better at their craft while working here, but i also noticed, most have not progressed immensely after they left, seems like here was the place they grew the most . Any case, I came be to be a full stack developer, from clients to cloud services, learned several development languages, not sure I would have learned so much anywhere else. There is quite a bit of talent here, easy to learn the latest and greatest.

I've seem some say here on glassdoor that they work many hours, but honestly, to each their own, management does not require anyone do more than they want to. There is no time check-in or check-out system. In the past, i would have said, i wished they had better support for remote work, but obviously, with the pandemic, Summit has gotten actually quite good at it. Hope they keep it up!
