Large amount of policy grey areas get overlooked resulting in alot of workers slacking to look good on paper, But if someone high up goes 'I'd like us to improve this metric or do this program then you'll be fired in a minute if you make your supervisor look bad in that area. Spent 75% of my time fixing other people's half work to completion and excellent reviews just to be let go for not meeting a quota on socializing with co-workers because 'they want us to feel like a family'.
