1. The boss who is the owner, has a fragile ego. 2. No training, support or guidance, you are expected to just know everything even if it wasn’t shown to you. 2. The boss doesn’t know how to communicate simple things. 3. Shouts at employees constantly without trying to understand anything. 4. Constant negative remarks, bullying, belittling and shouting. 5. Says that employees are disrespectful when defending or standing up for themselves. 6. Favouritism 7. Micromanagement at the highest level. 8. The bosses uses manipulation tactics to make employees feel incompetent and no appreciation whatsoever. 9. The contract is a joke 10. Uses the contract, to threaten employees but doesn’t abide by basic conditions. 11. Thinks it’s okay to shout at employees just because he is the boss and because he hasn’t been reported, gets away with it. 12. The boss has no regard for employees when life happens, and is the most inconsiderate, disgusting human being I’ve ever had to work for and come across. 13. Claims there’s “negative energy” in the office when he is always the cause of it.
