Pros

The company wide onboarding was run like a well oiled machine. Human Resources was exceptional, reponsive and helpful. Support was great.

Kontras

Direct leadership failed in having structure or direction as to how they would grow their teams with new hires. There was an evident lack of planning, lack of communication, and indirect and direct expressed desire to not want to actually lead. Very unaccecptable.
